Government guidelines tell us that we should be eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Despite this in Western Europe it is estimated that as little as 5% of the total population eats a truly healthy and balanced diet. The message here? Treat anyone who describes health supplements and remedies as ‘expensive pee’ suspiciously.
